What payment methods does ioToys accept?

We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay wallet payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) across all serviceable Indian pin codes.

How long does shipping take in India?

Most Tier-1 cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) receive orders in 1–3 working days. Tier-2 and remote areas take 3–5 working days. Bengaluru gets same-day delivery on orders placed before 12 PM IST.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over Rs.999 ship free across India. Below that, a flat Rs.49 logistics fee applies.

Can I get a GST invoice?

Absolutely. Add your GSTIN at checkout and we'll issue an input-tax-credit-eligible invoice. This is especially useful for schools, colleges and businesses claiming ITC.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for unused, unopened products. Free reverse pickup is available across all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
